I tried Rug doctor, but the results were not great, so I decided to get the carpets in 2 shared houses cleaned professionally. I got in contact with Jack (New Life Carpets) via a Google search. Jack communicated really well, gave me a quote really quickly, which was great value, so I booked him in. Contacted this company to clean some pretty sad carpets at my son’s house in Garforth and spoke to Jack. After listening to what work was required a fair price was agreed and he turned up precisely on time. He worked non stop and the carpets look remarkably good and fully dried within a few hours. Most impressive was the fact they he managed to fully remove two stains which had previously resisted all attempts. When you move to a new house you expect the first days to be a bliss but our experience was very different because the previous owners left the house really dirty, specially the carpets, which were the filthiest. Hiring Jack was amazing. He managed to clean the whole house (4 bedrooms, 1 living room, stairs and landing) in about 3h and the results were really good. Even the weird and strong smell the house had was almost gone and you could smell the pine scent from the cleaning products! I’m sure I’ll be hiring Jack again for more regular cleaning. ~ Edita C

Jack is thorough and efficient. My sitting room and dining room carpets are like new. I'm very pleased and would recommend New Life Carpet. On a previous occasion he cleaned my sofa and armchair and brought them as good as new. July 2024 A spill of a large glass of red wine on a pale carpet. I botted the wine up as best I could and sprayed it with 1001. Big mistake. Contacted Jack who said he would do what he could. So glad he worked a miracle. Carpet back to normal! Jack provided a good service from booking through to completing the job. He was able to fit our carpet clean in at late notice, and for a very reasonable price compared to other quotes I was given. He worked flat out and efficiently until the job was done, and has left our carpets/house smelling fantastic & fresh. Excellent carpet cleaning service in Selby. Jack arrived on time, took care moving furniture, and explained the process before starting. I had asked Jacek to come and clean my bedroom carpet and matress following them being heavly blood stained following a bad bleed. We can highly recommend the New Life Carpet cleaning company. We asked Jack to clean our static caravan sofas and carpet bearing in mind it had no waste water plumbing so Jack had to empty the dirty water by bucket loads in to the field, no problem.
