Customer's reviews
I recently used New Life Carpet for a deep clean of my carpets, and I couldn't be happier with the results. Jack did a fantastic job! He was punctual, professional, and very thorough. My carpets look and feel brand new.
Jack took the time to address all my concerns and ensured every inch of my carpets was spotless. His attention to detail and dedication to quality work truly stood out. The entire process, from scheduling to the final result, was seamless and efficient.
The customer service from New Life Carpet was also excellent, making the whole experience even better. I highly recommend Jack and New Life Carpet for anyone in need of top-notch carpet cleaning services. I will definitely use them again in the future!

All carpets and sofa upholstery were cleaned yesterday, and the results genuinely exceeded my expectations. Every room looks brighter, fresher, and the fabrics feel revitalised. The whole house now smells incredibly clean, which makes such a difference.
The service itself was extremely efficient and well-organised. They arrived on time, worked methodically, and clearly took pride in delivering a high-quality finish. Stains I thought were permanent have completely disappeared, and the overall look is like having brand-new carpets fitted.
I’m really impressed with the professionalism, the attention to detail, and the care taken throughout the process. I’ll definitely be using this service again and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them. Thank you for an outstanding job.

I tried Rug doctor, but the results were not great, so I decided to get the carpets in 2 shared houses cleaned professionally.
I got in contact with Jack (New Life Carpets) via a Google search. Jack communicated really well, gave me a quote really quickly, which was great value, so I booked him in.
Great communication prior to the appointment, he turned up, prepped the areas to be cleaned and got to work.
he's got some great cleaning equipment and the results were amazing. The carpets look amazing.
The difference between a professional clean and Rug Doctor is night and day.
Highly recommended contractor. Great for Landlords.
